AN APPEAL – SUPPORTING THE CHILDREN OF SYRIA
On April 4th, 131 civilians, including 41 children, were killed in chemical air strikes that targeted multiple Syrian cities, including Khan Sheikhoun, Salqeen, Jisr al-Shughur, and Saraqeb.
The devastation has been horrific: it has been reported that the victims of the attacks have experienced spasms, suffocation and other symptoms that are consistent with exposure to toxic gasses, such as sarin gas.
In the midst of this conflict, IDRF has been working on the ground, providing lifesaving assistance, such as water, food and hygiene kits in many areas of Syria, pictured below.
Yet, in light of the ever-present need for humanitarian aid, we are again asking for your help. We have created a crowdfunding campaign specifically to provide aid to Syrians in the midst of these devastating attacks.
