After having consistently supported development and relief projects in Pakistan for over two decades, IDRF is pleased to have launched a country office in Pakistan. The first project of IDRF-Pakistan, implemented under the auspices of IDRF Canada, is a shelter program in Sindh for flood survivors. The residents of the village have been living in temporary shelters since the floods of 2011 which destroyed over a million homes and IDRF is constructing one-room permanent homes for the poorest families among them.Support the building of these homes, so that vulnerable communities can have a strong foundation upon which to rebuild their lives and resume activities aimed at improving livelihoods and the wellbeing of their families. Click here to make a secure online donation (Mark ‘Pakistan Shelter Project’ and your choice of Ramadan contribution in the Comments Box) or call our toll free number 1-866-497-4373. Tax-deductible receipts will be issued to anyone donating $10 or more.
