"I had an amazing time volunteering at the IDRF Fun Fair Gala this past Saturday. The IDRF (International Development and Relief Foundation) is a trusted Canadian charitable organization, dedicated to empowering the disadvantaged people of the world. IDRF provides effective humanitarian aid and sustainable development programs to disadvantaged individuals, without discrimination, upholding the Islamic principles of human dignity, self reliance and social justice.

The event was a fun-filled afternoon for families, friends, and neighbors through various activities such as a mini cricket tournament, live entertainment, outdoor games and variety of food. The particular section I was helping out in was the ‘Kids Zone’, I had an incredible experience playing soccer, painting and pin the tail on the donkey. Im looking forward to volunteering for the IDRF in the future."
